We're seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Account/Project Manager to join our clients team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in managing client relationships, overseeing web development projects, and supporting software solutions, all while ensuring a smooth and efficient project flow. What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and support throughout the lifecycle of projects. Project Coordination & Execution: Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and business goals, and translate these into actionable project plans. Technical Guidance: Provide technical insight to both clients and internal teams, using your expertise in CMS, CRM, WordPress, and eCommerce platforms. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Resolve any technical challenges that arise during project development and implementation, ensuring minimal disruption. Collaboration & Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers and developers, to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends to propose cutting-edge solutions to clients. What You'll Bring

Experience in Account/Project Management: At least 2 years of professional experience in managing website and software development projects. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular web development frameworks. Experience with CMS and eCommerce: Strong background in CMSs like WordPress, and experience with eCommerce platforms. Problem-Solving Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively. Client-Facing Experience: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
