We are a West Midlands based building services company who have been established for 40 years, providing Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning and Gas Services across the Midlands. We work closely with the NHS providing our services across the Midlands and further afield.
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work across our contracts in the West Midlands, supporting our installation engineers. These contracts range from MOD, NHS, and Commercial council buildings. The works are varied depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience but will involve working on our project and installation team for Plumbing, Fabrication, and Ventilation.
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the ventilation and plumbing team. Work as a senior mechanical engineer on the tools. Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular team meetings and provide training as needed. Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans. Supervise the installation of HVAC and plumbing systems according to project specifications and standards. Ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed for all equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC and plumbing systems. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the availability of materials and services. Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Qualifications: NVQ plumbing & Unvented. SSSTS qualified.
