Key Responsibilities: Design bespoke structural steel products using AutoCAD. Innovate and enhance systems and processes to improve efficiency. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and builders to identify site requirements. Produce production information and manage multiple design projects. Skills & Experience: Essential: Degree in engineering, design, or the built environment (or equivalent). Proficiency in AutoCAD or other 2D design tools. Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to solve complex challenges. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word. Desirable: Experience in Tekla software products. Familiarity with creating cutting profiles. 2+ years in design or manufacturing environments.
