Senior Engineering Lab Manager , you will: Lead validation projects for cutting-edge liquid cooling solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of state-of-the-art liquid cooling labs, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning at optimal levels Develop and maintain lab policies, safety protocols, and best practices to ensure efficient and secure operations Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation Lead validation projects for liquid cooling solutions, including performance testing, reliability analysis, and scalability studies Collaborate with product development teams to define and implement appropriate validation methods that align with design specifications and customer needs Evaluate the performance of systems produced using liquid cooling technology, ensuring they meet efficiency, reliability, and quality standards Analyse testing data, prepare detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights for product refinement Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to ensure our labs remain at the forefront of liquid cooling innovation Identify opportunities to optimize lab capabilities, testing methodologies, and performance benchmarks Represent the organization in technical discussions, conferences, and customer presentations as a subject matter expert in liquid cooling technologies Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in a product validation or testing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong expertise in thermal management, liquid cooling technologies, and heat transfer systems Proven experience in designing and implementing validation methods and performance testing frameworks Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams Experience with data centre environments or critical infrastructure solutions is a strong plus If you are interested in this
