Source and recruit top-tier talent for industrial and manufacturing clients Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Conduct thorough candidate screening and interview processes Develop a deep understanding of industrial sector recruitment needs Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets Provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting within the temp sector Strong networking and communication skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Proficiency in recruitment software and modern sourcing techniques Self-motivated with a competitive spirit Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
