KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and market insights. Partner with sales, marketing and finance teams to gather insights and align forecasts with business strategies. Have a deep understanding about the portfolio in E2E perspective and ensure that each product stage uses appropriate forecast approaches in life cycle management (NPI, Disc, PIPO). Lead the team to achieve expected Forecast Value Add (FVA) by incorporating building blocks in demand review. Supply & Inventory Management: Manage STEM & Availability for the related portfolio. Analyze supply and demand projections to proactively identify and communicate potential business risks, whilst deploying strategies to mitigate issues. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize excess and obsolete inventory. Work closely with the Regional Supply planning team to balance supply and demand. Lead and/or participate in IBP forums for the Skin Health portfolio. Communicate forecast insights, challenges and strategies to senior leadership and other key stakeholders in Commercial and Supply Chain. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners. Represent Supply Chain within Squads. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency. Train and mentor team members to improve their forecasting skills. Reporting and Analysis: Oversee monthly root cause analysis related to key performance indicators, continuously evaluate and refine demand planning processes incorporating best practices to enhance results. Use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop the demand planning team, ensuring continuous learning and growth. Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue’s behaviors, purpose and values. What we are looking for University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Years of Experience: 5-7 years. System Experience - ERP (SAP R3, APO, BW), Microsoft Office user skills, Advanced Planning Systems (Anaplan). Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities Analytical Skills: Strong capability in dissecting data, identifying patterns and drawing actionable insights. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with demand planning tools and software. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align detailed forecasts with strategic business objectives. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across Squads, Commercial teams and Finance.
