Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced Director of Market Access & HEOR to lead efforts in creating strategies for cost-effectiveness in Europe and support international growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients can access innovative treatments by developing and executing market access plans.

Develop economic models to support pricing and commercial strategies. Lead strategies for health technology assessments in Europe. Identify research needs and manage projects for key assessments. Work with health authorities to establish credibility. Manage pricing and reimbursement strategies for various markets. Support market access with health economics and outcomes research. Collaborate with medical and commercial teams to align strategies. Contribute to the development of a top-tier market access organization. Key Skills and Requirements:
Degree in science or economics; advanced degrees preferred. Experience in developing strategic evidence for health technology assessments. Knowledge of market access trends and economic model development. Proven success in working with cross-functional teams. Strong strategic and operational skills. Ability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential. Willingness to travel as needed.
