THE COMPANY
An award-winning company, offering health and life cover, is seeking a driven Customer Insights Manager to gather insights for the business to enhance customer experiences.
THE ROLE
As a Customer Insights Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team, working alongside other departments to provide insights on end-to-end customer journeys. You will be gathering insights from multiple data sets aiming to contribute to strategic plans based on data-driven insights. You’ll also be analysing Voice of the Customer and Speech Analytics data using both qualitative and quantitative methods for all customer groups.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong experience with insights generation and storytelling
Line management experience (preferred but not required)
