It’s an inspiring time to join the team! Titan Settlement & Custody (TS&C) is a subsidiary of Titan Wealth. Titan Settlement & Custody is an FCA regulated investment firm that provides: Custody services to predominantly discretionary fund managers (DFMs) and independent financial advisors (IFAs). Clearing and settlement services mainly on an agency basis for its DFMs and IFAs. Trade execution services mainly for its DFMs, IFAs, and institutional clients. Utilising the same core infrastructure, Titan Settlement & Custody also serves a significant number of institutional broker-dealers and institutional investor clients. The Role The Corporate Actions Analyst will perform daily operational duties and demonstrate an ability to manage the most complex corporate action events and activities. The Analyst will be expected to support the corporate actions team in the execution of their operational duties, help to facilitate a strong working partnership with key stakeholders (internal and external), be technically aware of corporate actions and dividend processing, and manage client and stakeholder queries. Responsibilities Process end-to-end all corporate actions events including mandatory, voluntary, and elective actions (Rights, mergers, splits, takeovers, etc.). Ensure timely and accurate collection and distribution of entitlements to clients. Ensure claims due to Titan are monitored and managed in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Process all proxy voting with provider as required by clients. Investigate reconciliation discrepancies ensuring all are resolved and cleared at the earliest opportunity in line with CASS requirements. Ensure client queries are responded to in a concise and timely manner, providing support to team members when required. Build and maintain a strong partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth processing and management of all corporate action activities. Establish a comprehensive understanding of how working in a CASS environment impacts Corporate Actions in general and ensure familiarity with breach reporting requirements are consistent across the operations team. Deliver excellent client service. Ensure all team processes are timely and accurately updated in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years’ experience in Corporate Actions with an ability to demonstrate technical know-how across the breadth of both mandatory and non-mandatory events, income, and derivatives. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to learn, develop, and facilitate the wider understanding of new processes as and when market activity or internal changes dictate. Solid stakeholder management with an ability to build strong working partnerships internally and with external vendors. Comprehensive work experience in either finance/asset management, with a solid understanding of global custody and global markets essential. US withholding tax knowledge is of use; additional market/CSD tax experience is of benefit. Motivated self-starter who is willing to ask questions to excel as their career progresses.
