Our global manufacturing client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Performance Systems Engineer

to join our team at the Peterborough campus. In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor to the development of world-class products in a collaborative environment.

As part of the

Performance Systems Integration (PSI)

team, you will help define and develop control systems, ensuring product quality, performance, and emissions compliance.

Location:

Peterborough, UK Hours:

40 hours per week Role type:

Contract (12 months)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in systems, components, performance, and electronics to drive engine and powertrain development. Apply your expertise to define performance system requirements, system architecture, calibration, and control system definitions. Utilize simulation tools (such as GT Power, Ricardo Wave) and Matlab/Simulink to develop and optimise control systems.
