Floor Manager
to come and be part of the incredible team at Fenchurch Restaurant, located atop Sky Garden. You will work closely with the Management team, sharing accountability for managing, hiring, training & developing our team of more than 20 members. The Floor Manager will be very service and customer focused, hands-on, charismatic, and an inspirational team player who can set the example for our team. The ideal candidate would be a proven Assistant Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Floor Manager from a similar fine dining environment – ideally from a venue that holds accolades such as rosettes or Michelin stars.
