Plot Sales Paralegal

Paralegal – Plot Sales for Developer Client Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join its Property/Real Estate team in the West Midlands. You will primarily handle plot sales for a longstanding developer client, with the opportunity to work under the supervision of a highly experienced Partner who has built a strong relationship with the developer client over several years. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and progressing plot sales transactions from instruction to completion Draft, review & prepare key legal documents including contracts, transfers and other relevant documentation Liaise with clients, purchasers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient progress of transactions Conduct property searches and due diligence Maintain & update case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements Support the Partner and the wider team with administrative and legal tasks related to the Developer client's projects Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to plot sales or residential development transactions Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite A proactive and team-oriented approach to work What is on Offer?
