Your Role and Responsibilities The role will involve:
Taking a lead on scoping, planning, conducting, and analysing the research by creating research plans, protocols and activities using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method approaches. Analyse and synthesise research findings to translate insights into user needs and opportunities, communicating compelling user insights to the product owner team and wider stakeholders. Contribute research findings to enable evidence-based product and design decisions and champion the user to ensure that the product delivers. Required Technical and Professional Expertise • Must have: Experience of planning, designing, and carrying out user-centric research activities with customers, stakeholders and third parties. • Description: Responsible for using a variety of research methodologies to develop customer insights for brand experiences and communications that are highly interactive for web, mobile and other digital applications. • Techniques may include ethnographic research, generative research, quantitative research, workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping, usability and accessibility testing. • Interprets and analyzes research data, mining it for relevant information. • Toolkit such as Mural, Adobe products, Figma, Sketch, Miro or Trello.
