Facilitating and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. This is a hands-on, multi-discipline position that requires superior organization and communication skills, as well as strict attention to detail. Applicants must be positive, problem-solving team players while overseeing our team of subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers. Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant work experience in high-end residential construction/renovation/restoration. Ability to deliver projects on-time and on-schedule by effectively coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while balancing the needs of our clients. Knowledge of applicable best building practices and safety protocols. Computer savvy including MS Office. Ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings, and related materials. Ability to scope develop, provide take-offs, and related tasks.
