£30,000 - £33,000 + 25 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays + Stake Holder Pension + Life Assurance + Paid Sick Scheme + Funded External Training
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday Days - 40 hour weeks (Occasional Voluntary Overtime)
A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is required for a very well established and stable company.
The role will suit experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers with at least an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Being in a specialist market, training on industry standards and internal requirements will be provided.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer position will be a hands-on role working in an industrial environment on a variety of equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, and mechanical plant. This is a great chance to be part of a well-established & stable, leading specialist manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
Both preventative and reactive maintenance work in an industrial environment. Working on a varied range of equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, seals, and pipework. Project-based plant installation/commissioning and modification work. Statutory inspections, testing, and plant integrity work. Using computerised maintenance management systems. Work in accordance with the company safe systems of work and permit to work systems.
Qualifications: Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a Maintenance / Mechanical fitting / engineering background. Able to use & interpret equipment drawings, manuals, and other technical information. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
