Grafter is hiring for a range of contract and short-term jobs across the UK. We currently have a client looking to fill a role with the following description: Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily floor activities, including staff schedules and assignments. Ensure the store floor is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Train, motivate, and support floor staff to meet sales and performance targets. Monitor sales trends, analyze floor performance, and report to senior management. Enforce company policies, health and safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the floor team. You would be engaged, managed and paid by the employer, using the Grafter platform. Start Date:
