What You’ll Be Doing: As our Registered Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of running the home, ensuring it’s a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the young people who live there. You’ll: Lead a team

of dedicated staff, building a culture of collaboration, learning, and passion. Provide the best care , ensuring young people feel emotionally and physically supported and have access to enriching activities and cozy accommodations. Support your team , with inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and professional development. Stay compliant , managing policies and procedures like safeguarding, health & safety, and finance while creating a great place to work. Requirements

What We’re Looking For: If you’ve got the following, you’re already ticking our boxes: A Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare (and a willingness to smash that Level 5!). A Registered Manager with experience running a children’s home graded ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding.’ A natural ability to inspire, organize, and lead a team. A commitment to safeguarding and providing top-quality care. Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (it’s all about trust and safety). Benefits
