About The Role We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join our expanding team based at our site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work 5 days a week Monday to Friday from 7:00 until 15:30. The salary for this role is £33,750 + Quarterly Bonus up to £750. Main responsibilities: Setting and clearly communicating goals and deadlines for performance in line with the company’s plans and visions. Assessing staffing resources and effectively organising workflow to ensure all tasks within the department are carried out by a competent member of the team and to the highest standard. Coordinating cross-training within the department, monitoring training requirements and implementing training as required. Monitoring timekeeping and absences, escalating to management where required. Assessing and reviewing staff performance, offering feedback, both constructive and positive, to support the professional development of team members. Monitoring and enforcing quality standards within the team to meet quality objectives, reporting any issues to management. Ensuring daily operation of equipment by monitoring performance and calling for repairs as required, evaluating new equipment and techniques. In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document. About You Desired skills & knowledge: Previous experience in a manufacturing management position. Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment. Able to work flexibly when required.
