We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
Technical Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, relevant experience, and the ability to contribute both technically and collaboratively, supporting and guiding the team as needed. Our expertise lies in medium refrigeration systems, chilled water systems (Daikin chillers R32), ripening room systems, and various types of industrial doors. While training will be provided for industrial doors and ripening room systems, we expect a proactive and committed approach to mastering these areas. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 (with potential for more, depending on experience and the ability to drive the company forward). We are a team of six engineers, and we are looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role and take over the reins in the next 5–6 years.
