Your Role: The core responsibilities of this position will be: Write and manage standout job adverts to attract top talent. Analyse the performance of recruitment channels to maximise success. Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring we find the best match for each role. Confidently schedule and conduct interviews, in-person and virtually. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Provide candidates with clear and constructive feedback. What We're Looking For: We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and thrives on teamwork. Ideally, you’ll have: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Great organisational and time management abilities. Confidence using Google Drive and Microsoft Office tools. Experience in administration or recruitment (advantageous but not essential).
