Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated

Palantir Data Engineer

to join our data engineering team. In this role, you will work with Palantir’s advanced platforms (e.g., Foundry, Gotham) to manage, integrate, and transform large datasets, ensuring they are accessible and actionable for internal teams and clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines, facilitate data-driven insights, and help drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities : Data Integration & Engineering : Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows within the Palantir ecosystem, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration from diverse sources. Platform Expertise : Utilize Palantir Foundry (or Gotham) to build, deploy, and manage data models, visualizations, and analytic solutions that support business needs. Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement Palantir-based tools to enhance data workflows. Optimization : Optimize data workflows and processing pipelines to ensure high performance, accuracy, and efficiency across large datasets. Data Quality & Governance : Monitor and enforce data quality standards, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and reliability. Collaborate with teams to establish and maintain data governance practices. Problem-Solving & Innovation : Address complex data challenges by proposing innovative solutions using Palantir’s suite of tools. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data pipelines, models, or integrations. Documentation & Training : Document technical processes, data models, and best practices. Provide training to other team members and users to ensure effective use of the Palantir platform.
