Deliver contact centre induction training over a 6-week period Collaborate with the team to redesign the induction process, incorporating more digital elements for improved efficiency Support the continuous development of training materials and resources Ideal Candidate:
Background in Learning & Development and training delivery Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to contribute to process redesign and digital transformation initiatives
