Work effectively with Principal, other Therapists and Team Leads to ensure the safeguarding of all students, modelling best practice at all times. Oversee the quality of the behavioural interventions recommended. Develop and deliver behavioural interventions based on best practice and in accordance with national standards and assessed needs and capabilities. Manage communication and meetings with parents and carers, including routine and exceptional meetings. Support staff in developing programmes and/or behaviour management strategies where required. Take an active role in drafting the college’s development plan in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team for approval by Governance.
