Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor. With over 80 years of experience, this company is known for delivering exceptional building maintenance, refurbishment, and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the public sector across London, the Southeast, and the Home Counties. Their expertise spans planned maintenance, fire safety, and energy-efficient homes, all delivered through bespoke contracts and long-term partnerships. As part of their continued growth, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with residents of diverse backgrounds during construction and maintenance projects. Main Duties: Prepare correspondence addressing issues such as access, delays, changes/additions to works, and resolving resident concerns. Handle residents' complaints and issues through email, phone, or home visits. Collect Key Performance Indicators upon work completion and log the results. Arrange appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary. Build strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and smooth project execution. Participate in team meetings to discuss planned construction activities, ensuring targets and client specifications are met. Essential Skills/Knowledge: Full UK Driving License. Strong face-to-face customer service experience. Confident and calm communicator within a face-to-face environment. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents. Able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Basic IT knowledge. Package: Salary: £26,000 to £31,000 per annum. Company Car + Fuel Card Supplied 21 days of holiday + Bank Holidays Birthday Off Company pension Healthcare Insurance Life Insurance Company-branded uniform, PPE, work phone, iPad.
