Monarch Education are recruiting on behalf of a Nursery school in Northfield, Birmingham who are looking for a full-time Nursery practitioner.
We are looking for a level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner with previous experience in working within a Nursery setting. To apply you will need to be able to provide relevant references which can support your ability to work with children and have a minimum of a level 3 qualification or equivalent. This is a full-time position starting ASAP and running for the duration of 1 year until July 2025. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm.
Requirements Of Applicant
You must hold a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years You must have experience supporting children of EYFS age Knowledge of the EYFS National Curriculum Experience tailoring support methods to the individual needs of each pupil in your care Main Duties And Responsibilities
Provide high quality learning support to children aged 0-5 years old Plan effective learning activities to stimulate the academic needs of each pupil Encourage children for outdoor learning in the setting's forest school Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines Monitor pupil progress and identify gaps in learning Build trusting relationships with students and prioritise their social and emotional well-being.
