Requirements: 12+ months experience as head chef Chef certifications or years of experience cooking English-based food and running a kitchen Ability to cook for 30+ people in one sitting Experience cooking from fresh produce and English style dishes Availability to work from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Ability to cook on the spot if a patient doesn't like what is offered Comfortable with IDDSI training (training will be provided) Ability to work with 1 or 2 kitchen assistants Experience in baking cakes and pastries Experience working in a catering environment
Schedule: Can work between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Generally 8-10 hour shifts). Additional Requirements: Right to work in the UK with 12 months experience in a care setting Enhanced DBS (one can be applied for) Ability to work 20-30+ hours per week
