Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Health and Social Care Children and Young People Vocational Coach at Aspiration Training in Newport, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves delivering high-quality training programs, conducting 1-to-1 sessions, and mentoring learners who work in the health and social care children and young people sector. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Children’s residential, respite, and/or domiciliary care Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Previous experience in vocational coaching or training is desired, but not essential Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care Children and Young People preferred but not essential Essential Experience in the health and social care sector working with children Please message me for further information.
