With your optical experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like, you’ll manage day-to-day operations and ensure financial & performance goals are met. We’re looking for an expert team leader to manage the morning huddles, take responsibility, be organized, approachable, driven, and supportive - making people feel confident and free to input their ideas and suggestions.
