Product Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of these essential services. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and policy experts, to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions in line with DWP’s mission. Using Agile methodologies, you’ll ensure that the products meet user needs, are inclusive, and deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with user needs and organizational goals. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team works on the most impactful tasks. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including policy teams, service designers, and end-users. Balance competing priorities and requirements to deliver value. Agile Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders. Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. User-Cantered Design: Champion the use of research and data to inform product decisions. Work closely with UX and service designers to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design. Performance and Delivery: Track and measure product success using relevant metrics. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while managing risks and dependencies. Product Manager

in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in user-cantered design and working with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with government digital service standards (e.g., GDS principles) is a plus. Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in product design and delivery.
