to join a dynamic Primary Care Network (PCN) in Ipswich, covering multiple GP practices and serving 100,000 patients. You will be at the forefront of delivering excellent patient care, providing expert advice on medication management, and supporting multiple sites within the network. Key Requirements
GPhC registration (relocation support available) 2-5 years’ experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in primary care Experience as a Medical Prescriber in a primary care setting Salary negotiable depending on experience Key Benefits
