Equine Registered Veterinary Nurse Location: Potters Bar Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Hours: Full-Time, Permanent What’s On Offer? Travel support (including free bus service) Child care support and wellbeing About the Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join an established team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with experience in an Equine Hospital or Equine Practice setting. Applications from second-year Equine Nursing Students will also be considered or small animal nursing with experience working with equine animals previously. You will work alongside internationally recognised clinicians in a state-of-the-art facility, gaining exposure to a wide range of cases in medicine, surgery, and diagnostics. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your equine nursing skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist in all areas of equine care, including medicine, surgery, and diagnostics. • Participate in a shift pattern, including weekends and Bank Holidays (with additional supplements paid for out-of-hours work). • Support and collaborate with the wider clinical team to provide exceptional patient care. • Work both independently and as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team. About You We are looking for someone who is: • A qualified and registered RVN/REVN with relevant equine experience (or a second-year Equine Nursing Student / small animal nurse with equine background and/or experience). • Highly organised with excellent time management skills. • Passionate about developing their equine nursing knowledge. • A team player who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.
