Job Title: Registered Manager - Children and Young People Location: Kirby Muxloe, Leicester Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum Service: Children’s Home Service Users: YPs Qualifications Required: NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted home with a rating of "Good" or above Employment Type: Permanent Who we are looking for… We are looking for a Registered Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-rated "Good" or above children's home. You should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for high-quality care, and a commitment to providing a supportive environment where children and young people can thrive. You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or QCF Level 5 Diploma in a relevant field, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on positive outcomes for young people.
