North Oxford Garage is looking for a Workshop Manager, reporting to our Service Manager. This person should be an experienced automotive manager with a proven track record in a workshop of a minimum of 12 Technicians. You will be supported by a Workshop Controller to: Manage day to day workshop through puts. Liaise calmly with our service advisors. Remain positive and be able to communicate to all team members including senior management where problems arise and resolutions need to be found. Work closely with our EVHC specialist to ensure he has confidence to give best advice to our customers and take on any extra work that is sold on a daily basis. Ensure all work is carried out to BMW warranty standards. Ensure all workshop administration is to BMW standards. Carry out technicians’ reviews. Ensure the workshop complies with health and safety laws and regulations. Skills Required We are looking for a resilient, well-organised, high-energy workshop manager to head up our very busy workshop, which is made up of 20 technicians with room to grow. You need to be a competent leader who is able to work in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining professionalism and seeking resolutions to day-to-day challenges. Why North Oxford Garage?
