Enablement Director Office & site-based, travel between North West England & Northern Ireland. £80,000-£140,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Travel Expenses + Stay away package + Private Health Care + Life insurance + Other great benefits This is a rare opportunity for a senior Telecoms professional to take a new and exciting role within the Director team of a growing tier 1 contractor. This ambitious, growing business is a Tier 1 contractor to the Telecommunications sector working with major fibre infrastructure companies to transform rural locations through the provision of high-speed full-fibre broadband. Having rapidly grown over the last 4 years and with a strong pipeline of work across Cumbria and Northern Ireland, they are now looking to recruit into the Director team. In this role, your time will be split between the two offices located in Cumbria and Northern Ireland. As a key leader within the business, you will be required to champion the business values, foster effective working relationships between departments, and contribute to the success of project delivery. The primary focus of this role is around the enablement of projects from initial plan & design, all the way through to delivery in accordance with PIA and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role within the Fibre / FTTP industry. You will have a track record of managing the rollout of major fibre infrastructure projects, focusing on feasibility, planning, design, and compliance. You will be willing to travel between the two offices to attend board and client meetings. Be a key leader and contributor in the roll-out of major telecoms infrastructure projects Lead the design and PIA team to ensure that planning and architectural goals are achieved in accordance with specification, compliance, and quality. Build effective relationships with SMT, department heads, clients, and subcontractors Office & site-based, travel between North West England & Northern Ireland The Person:
