KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes.
Daily cashing up.
Holding of keys, opening & closing of store.
Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).
Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.
Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Refunds and exchanges.
Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office.
Personal Attributes:
