Residential Property Fee Earner

This role pays a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 annually depending on experience. Responsibilities as a Residential Property Fee Earner: Able to work under pressure and as a member of a team. Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Good IT skills with knowledge in Windows, Excel, and Word. Sound technical conveyancing knowledge. About you as a Residential Property Fee Earner: 2 years' experience in Residential Property. Good spoken English to resolve telephone enquiries. Excellent written English to produce documents for clients, the Court, and other parties. Having a flexible and ‘can do' attitude.
