to join a thriving family-run business specialising in premium products for the equestrian and pet markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape operations and drive success at our Doncaster site. The Role As Production Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the site, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include: Operational Leadership : Inspire and guide your team, ensuring safety, engagement, and alignment with the company’s strategy. Production Excellence : Develop and implement KPIs, production plans, and labour strategies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Technical Oversight : Maintain technical documentation, audit standards, and machine performance while leading projects like the installation of new equipment. Team Development : Recruit, onboard, and coach staff to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce. Stock and Supply Chain Management : Handle raw materials, purchasing, and stock levels to meet production demands. About You To excel in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in leading production teams within manufacturing (agricultural, food, or FMCG experience is desirable). A track record of driving sustainable improvements and achieving compliance standards. Exceptional leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on approach with the willingness to get involved in machinery operations. Forklift licence (preferred but not essential). Why Join Us?
