INTERIM SENIOR ESTATES SURVEYOR
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are thrilled to be partnering with a Local Authority in Southeast England who require an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor.
This role is likely to be an initial 3-6 month contract, whilst a permanent replacement is found.
Your main priority will be asset management, including:
Landlord & Tenant matters
Rent reviews
Lease renewals
Acquisitions
Disposals
Valuation advice
Service charges
In general terms, it'll be anything and everything that supports what the local community require the council to deliver.
You'll be working from the office and visiting sites 2-3 days per week, meeting your colleagues and tenants regularly - it's a good thing, I promise, they're a small team!
Ideally, we need you to be MRICS and
you must have
