Commercial Performance: - Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals for each gym. - Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location. - Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
Staff Management: - Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Customer Service: - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all gyms. - Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively. - Implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience.
Marketing and Sales: - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective local marketing strategies. - Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing recommendations for improvement. - Develop and execute sales promotion activities.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Everlast Gyms' standards. - Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of services and facilities. - Implement corrective actions as needed. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the fitness industry. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices. Ability to analyse financial data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to liaise professionally with FG stakeholders. Flexibility and the ability to travel between gym locations within the assigned area.
