Clinical Responsibilities Prepare bed spaces in preparation for receiving patients. Assist to ensure the ward is restocked and maintain the cleaning of clinical areas. Assist with the admission and discharge of patients. Support the provision of an effective and safe clinical service. Work as part of a team under supervision to provide a safe, effective environment of care for patients, relatives, and their carers. Support the registered practitioner in the delivery of direct and indirect patient care. Undertake a range of delegated clinical duties under the direction of a registered practitioner. Assist in ensuring all written documentation is completed, i.e., Patient care plans and charts. Communicate with colleagues, patients, and their relatives/carers in a professional and compassionate manner. Assist patients with activities of daily living while ensuring privacy and dignity is maintained at all times. Maintain professionalism at all times and respect colleagues. Person specification

A good standard of secondary education. NVQ in healthcare or equivalent. Basic IT skills. Attributes
