Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator looking to make a real impact in a supportive and growing setting? We are seeking a Level 3 qualified practitioner to join our client's dedicated team in Rothwell, Leeds, to help deliver high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's development across the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). Observation and assessment of children's progress, ensuring the next steps in learning are carefully planned and documented. Creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore and develop. Supporting the team with ideas and innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience. Encouraging positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience in Early Years, ideally with children aged 0-5 years. A confident and proactive approach, with the ability to bring creative ideas to the team. Strong knowledge of EYFS and a deep understanding of child development. A desire to grow within the setting, with potential to move into a Room Leader position for the right candidate.
