position offers a visit rate of $32/visit in addition to the benefits listed below. In this role, you will collaborate with a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to implement personalized treatment plans, providing compassionate care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and their families. Conduct therapy sessions in patients' homes to improve communication skills, swallowing, and other related disorders. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations and changes to the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, including patient responses and outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery. About us:

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license. Minimum of 1-year experience as a

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using digital tools and electronic health records. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits. CPR certification and knowledge of first aid procedures. Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
