Residential Childcare Worker

Randstad are looking for passionate and talented child support workers in a fantastic residential and school setting. The service is highly rated by the care inspectorate successively receiving 5s and 6s across the board. Starting salary is £21,000-£28,000 plus overtime and sleepover allowances. You will work a 37 hour week on a rotational shift basis. You will be supporting some of the most vulnerable children in Scotland from ages 5 and up with complex needs and specialised care requirements to develop and thrive. You will foster a supportive and nurturing environment and act as a positive parenting role model.
