Commercial Property Solicitor - Lincoln
We are currently recruiting for a leading Lincolnshire firm. This firm is looking for a full-time Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding team. The position is based in their office in Lincoln with the option to spend time in the Newark office.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
Real estate acquisitions;
Portfolio management;
Commercial landlord and tenant work;
Disposal transactions.
You should also be able to offer support to the firm’s Corporate Commercial team regarding Commercial Property.
Strong technical ability should be demonstrated, alongside the ability to manage and maintain your own full caseload efficiently and effectively. In addition, you must be a confident communicator, persuasive, articulate, and friendly. You should also be able to demonstrate first-class drafting and analytical skills in a commercially astute fashion.
Candidates will preferably have some PQE in Commercial Property work; however, commercial awareness and a general enthusiasm are of equal importance.
