An exciting and challenging opportunity to join the clinical leadership for Cheshire's access services; Cheshire Mental Health Hub & Mental Health Support Teams. The post holder will take a specific lead on ensuring oversight of Low Intensity CBT staff in the Hub and support the development of CBT intervention pathways into community CYPMHS from our Access services. The post holder, alongside the Cheshire Hub Team Manager and Clinical Coordinator and other senior roles, will contribute to the delivery of Access service development across Cheshire. Qualifications and Experience

We welcome applicants with experience of leading change and developing innovative services. A strong CBT clinical background is essential, along with significant experience overseeing supervision. Other skills would include: Dynamic communication with a range of stakeholders Ability to lead and complete projects Management of staff and support to those in a managerial/supervisory role Demonstrable experience of quality and service improvement Developing evidence-based services You will draw from your grounded clinical expertise and experience. Key Responsibilities

To provide specialist psychological assessment of clients referred to the service based upon the appropriate use, interpretation, and integration of complex psychological data from a variety of sources. To formulate and implement plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of a client's mental health problems. To evaluate and make decisions about treatment options considering both theoretical and therapeutic models. To participate as a senior clinician in the development of high-quality, responsive, and accessible service. To exercise delegated responsibility for managing the psychological resources available to the service.
