Deliver the UK's annual benefits window. Organize promotional events and activities to increase employee benefits engagement. Manage the relationship with the benefit broker and tech provider. Manage the Income Protection underwriting process for executives. Contribute to the further development of their global recognition platform. Act as a point of escalation for employee recognition queries. Required Experience:
Experience within a Reward specialism at a similar level. Experience in leading annual employee benefits renewal cycles. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills. Confident in communicating with people at all levels and presenting. Experience of working in an International team is an advantage. In return, they offer a good salary (£Negotiable) and benefits.
