Expression of Interest: Clinical Director, Etu Pasifika Christchurch We are looking for a Clinical Director for our Integrated Primary Care, Behavioural and Family Services organisation in Christchurch. This role is Full-time, 40 hours a week. The Organisation The Pasifika Medical Association Trust (PMA) is a charitable Pacific company with a vision for “Prosperous Pacific Communities”. We are internationally and nationally renowned for the various health, health workforce development, and social support services we provide in New Zealand and in the Pacific region. Empowered Pacific families and communities to achieve prosperity and happiness in all areas of well-being through the generations. Etu Pasifika, meaning Pacific Star, is an integrated Primary Care, Mental Health, and Wellbeing Whānau Ora service – providing a range of support services delivered by Pacific health professionals, trained and skilled community workers, and Navigators. Our staff speak a range of Pacific languages including but not limited to Samoan, Tongan, Cook Island Māori, Fijian, Niuean, and Tokelauan. Etu Pasifika Clinics prides itself on delivering ‘Clinically Led, Culturally Anchored and Family Driven services’. Fluency in a Pacific language is highly desirable.
