Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the Head of PMO is responsible for leading transformation initiatives and change programs across the group. Supporting the company's M&A strategy through the timely integration of acquired businesses and ensuring the PMO function is fit for purpose in a fast pace growth orientated business. Requirements

Lead & Transform:

Drive Project Excellence:

Lead, organise, and manage the PMO, ensuring the successful execution of transformational and integration projects across various functions, delivered on time and within budget. Champion Change:

Establish and implement robust transition and change management plans, including clear timelines and measurable KPIs, to guide the successful execution of all projects. Team Leadership:

Build a High-Performing Team:

Build, coach, and lead a global team of high-performing Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for effective project delivery. Strategic Alignment:

Foster strong relationships with the leadership team to ensure all projects are aligned with organizational objectives and strategic goals. Operational Excellence:

Risk Mitigation:

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, continuously monitor project performance, and make necessary adjustments to deliver exceptional results. Continuous Improvement:

Develop a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the PMO function, emphasizing impactful results and operational excellence. Reporting & Accountability:

Track & Report:

Track and report on program performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Skills and Experience

Extensive experience in managing M&A integration and complex transformative projects and programs in a PMO setting, previous experience establishing PMO structures is highly preferred. Formal Project Management Certification: PMI, PMP, Prince 2. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma will be beneficial. Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent knowledge and handling of project management methodologies and techniques. Self-organised and shows attention to detail as well as being able to manage strategically. Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. Ability to influence at all levels. Benefits
