I’m looking for an adults’ mental health specialist to join the emergency discharge team at Bury Council.

Role Responsibilities: Support adults in secondary mental health care with conditions including dementia, psychosis, anxiety, and depression. Collaborate within a Community Mental Health Team, working alongside health and allied health professional (AHP) colleagues. Implement the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, applying your knowledge and expertise to deliver person-centred care. Conduct holistic needs-based assessments, develop and review care plans, and manage risk effectively. Use a range of skills and interventions to provide individualized support to service users and their carers.
