Employment Opportunity The board of trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Leader to Lakeside Primary Academy to lead improvement within a complex school context. Lakeside Academy is currently within a period of significant improvement and we are looking for highly motivated candidates who are strong practitioners to become part of our team. A TLR2b has been awarded in recognition of the higher responsibilities and accountabilities of the role. Applicants must be an excellent classroom practitioner with a minimum of three years teaching experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The successful candidate will: Focus on raising the standards of learning and teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Provide leadership and management to staff at all levels, in order to promote an excellent quality of teaching and learning across the school. Assist the Principal and SLT in establishing and developing the school as a high achieving institution. Contribute to the strategic leadership of the school, including monitoring and evaluation, identifying priorities, and improvement planning. Lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues. Support the development of planning and assessment and participate in the collation and analysis of data for school improvement and pupil attainment.
